This cemetary isa disgrace toour loved ones who have passed away. Myhusband and Iwent there today, 6/14/22and toour shock nothing but weeds. Myhusband got onone knee topull out the vase and landed inthorns. They donot take care for the grounds anymore. Asmuch aswe pay tobury our loved ones, you would expect them totake better care ofthe area. Sovery sad and disappointing. Not worth your money tobury aloved one atthis cemetary. Iam sosorry toall myfamily buried there. Angry and disappointed.… – show

I would vote even 0if possible. This cemetery was once abeautiful place tobury your loved ones. Now that Dignity took over, the grass isyellow everywhere. When Iwent toput flowers onthe graves the past 3years, there were only weeds. This year itwas pure dirt. Iam ashamed ofDignity. Wetrusted the burial ofour loved ones here. They are literally surrounded byweeds and stickers. Shameful way torespect myfamily! Iam disgusted!!!!

Our family isso disgusted with this cemetery. The grass isdead, the thorns are horrible and the weeds are out ofcontrol. Myfather inlaw passed away inJanuary and nograss was ever placed over his grave. Hewas aWWII veteran and this place shows him norespect. Myin laws are buried inthe Catholic section and itlooks terrible. Itis sodisrespectful not tomaintain the final resting resting place ofour loved ones!
This place needs attention from the corporate office “Dignity” and the city ofGreeley.… – show

I have both ofmy parents buried atSunset Memorial gardens. Ipaid tohave the granite replaced in2011for myparents headstones. The granite has sunk and cracked inthe middle due topoor placement and maintenance. Icomplained almost ayear ago atmy grandmother's funeral and was assured itwould bereplaced bystaff. Well onJune 25th 2021Ivisited myparents graves along with mygrandparents. Mygrandmother whom was military still has not military headstone and myparents granite hasnot been replaced. The place istrashed the grass isdead, huge dirt areas, weedsetc. This place used tobe beautiful. Now itlooks like athird world country. Preparing tocontact the city and attorneys tosue ifthings don't get corrected asthe cemetery isto have perpetual care asthey state.… – show

Weeds, Thistle and dead grass everywhere. Claims ofbroken irrigation system should bea small problem for aCorporation with that much Revenue. Ihave visited with them onthe phone from here inArizona and mySisters Locally are after them alot. They are making attempts torectify but itshould have never got thisway. Noexcuses!!!

This place looks the worst ithas in50years. Even during the drought years itdidn't not the have the large patches ofdead grass and dirt. Itused tobe green and pretty but has really gone downhill. What ashame.

I would recommend that people goelsewhere. Mysister has been dead for 6months now and Iam still trying toget this place and their guy that does the engraving todo mysister's headstone. Iprepaid for itas part ofthe funeral package inthe contract. First they said hedoesn't doengravings inthe winter. Now inSpring, Iheard “a few weeks” and now “a few months.” I'm tired ofdealing with this situation and amfedup. First you lose alovedone, then get tofight with the cemetery. Norespect from this place.… – show

What kind ofcemetery just runs over deceased loved one belongings with the lawn mower and throws away everything left onthe plot. Plus it’s right next toa busy loud highway and intersection hard toget inandout.

This place isthe worst! Myparents bought their plots many years ago and from the time mymom passed in1995tothe time mydad passed in2016ittook ahorrible dive. The experience Ihad when mymom passed was pleasant and easy, but this was definitely not the case in2016when mydad passed. The minute Iwalked inthe door they hit mewith the hard sell. Ifelt like Iwas ina used carlot. Ifelt very disrespected when after several hours oftrying toget money out ofme they took meto the plot where the plaque was broken from the grounds keeper running itover with the lawn mower and tried toget meto pay forit. This was all bad enough, but when Iwent there yesterday toput flowers onmy parent’s grave there were weeds growing around itand ithasn’t been watered inmonths. Basically what used tobe abeautiful cemetery that myfamily went tovisit every year has turned into adust bowl. I’m heart broken.… – show

They clean upthe grave sites and remove all flowers and solar lights from the area with very little notice. I've asked them tocome into the new technology world and start asite where people can benotified when anactual clean upis scheduled. The only way you can know when aclean upis scheduled isif you drive thru the grounds ona weekly basis. Not very friendly.

I recently visited the office atSunset Memorial Gardens tomake some inquiries and take care ofsome family business. Iwas greeted with asmile when Iwalked through the door and all 3of the staff members Iencountered thatday, were very friendly and helpful.
In my65years, itis definitely Not Every Day that Imeet someone as
“genuinely nice” asBrooke Svoboda, office manager. She was very pleasant and conscientious and Iwas extremely impressed with her cordial demeanor and want tocommend her for the expeditious manner inwhich she handled our business. She ismost definitely aValuable Asset toSunset
Memorial Gardens.

Working with the people atSunset Memorial has been ahorrible experience. What was already animpossibly difficult situation for myparents having tobury their 35year old daughter was made somuch worse. Meetings that should have taken one hour lasted four. They tried tocharge usfull price for alarger plot size even though aregular sized had already been paid for— ittook over anhour ofnegotiating toget them toagree tocredit the amount already paid. Then they tried toup-sell toa waterproof liner. Their prices for the headstone and installation were very high somy mother shopped online for other options and found headstones that were HALF the price. When she started coordinating with Sunset Memorial for the installation they did offer toprice match the headstone (then how can they justify charging twice asmuch initially??), however they still quoted ahigher price for the installation and itwasn't until mymom showed them the actual lower price inwriting that they conceded tothe lower cost. Wewere also promised the headstone in6—8weeks and atweek 7they informed usit was going totake 8—12weeks (claimed that was the original agreement). Weunderstand they are abusiness, but have felt price gouged from the beginning and over promised/under delivered oneverything, adding tothe fact that it's anemotional time wejust felt taken advantage ofduring the entire process. Sincerely hoping this isn't the case for other grieving families.… – show

I have been blessed tohave had the team with some ofthe kindest, Compassionet people who have always been there forme, Chris, our daughter echo! And also Eric Beasley's Children. Rebecca, Jasmine, Sebastian, and Jacob! The grounds are always cleaned and isBeautiful, ataĺl times! Thank You All For All That YouDo!
